The Land & Sea Silicone Training Fin Set is a great accessory for your swimming and beach going. These fins have a short blade so are designed to be used for swim training. The short blade is designed to give you resistance over a bare foot.
So as you kick the flipper creates some resistance in the water giving you more of a work out. You get more propulsion than with bare feet but not as much as with a longer and bigger pair of fins.
The fins are constructed of dual compounds of high quality non allergenic silicon. The heel and foot area is softer. So your foot gets comfort and the rubber is supple for a good fit. You can easily stretch the back section to get the fins on. Then the fins will snap back giving you a snug fit. The moulded heel is featured so you get ultra comfort.
The blade of the fin is of a stiffer compound. So as you kick, your movement is translated more directly into propulsion rather than the fin flopping around. The blade of the fins has been specifically designed for training.
