GEL Technology Midsole
The midsole of the Gel-Rocket 9 will provide you with comfort, protection and responsiveness. The midsole is extremely springy, which will mean that every step that you take will feel extremely comfortable. In addition to this, the cushioning will reduce the weight placed on the knees, ankles and other joints. Forefoot gel cushioning will also provide you with shock absorption, as all impacts are instantly absorbed, preventing the heavy forces from reaching the sole of the foot. Every step that you make when running or making short and sharp movements will be enhanced by the responsive midsole. This will mean that you will receive an added spring in your step to help you push on past your opponents. For improved stability, the midsole uses ASIC's developed Trusstic System. This moulded component will work to control torsion, helping you to change direction at speed without fear of twisting or causing damage to the shoe or your foot.
Durable Rubber Outsole
Grip and control on the court are guaranteed with the durable rubber outsole. Able to form a solid bond with the court surface, this will keep you firmly in charge as you will be able to grip yourself into a solid position. The rubber is also anti-abrasion, which will mean that the shape and definition of the outsole will be retained. This will improve the long-term functionality of the shoe.
